Seniors. Ballybay Seniors played and lost against Clontibret, score Clontibret 2-12, Ballybay 1-11. Next game against Maghercloone on Friday was won by 7 points, Ballybay 1-10, Maghercloone 0-06, A great team display of football for Ballybay to remain top of the league table. Next league game 12th August, Players have well deserved break from competitive games until then.
County Minors. Minors are drawn against Dublin in the All Ireland quarter final to be played in Pairc Esclar Newry on Sunday at 5.30. Good luck to our minors Ryan and Desmond.

U-14’s: Training every Tuesday evening at 6:15pm. Next round of league fixtures on Saturday 11th of August against Eire Og. Throw-up in Eire Og at 12 noon.
U-16’s: St.Pats had a good win over Magheracloone on Sunday evening on a score line of 3:12 to 8 points. St.Pats now advance to the semi finals on the 16th August.
U-15’s: Ballybay entered a team into an u15’s blitz held in Cloghan last Thursday evening. The lads put on a great display of football impressing not just their mentors, Colm Duffy and John Joe Mc Kearney but also county officials present at the games. They played and won three games against Emyvale, Seans and Killanny to advance to the semi finals against Clontibret which they won too. They then met Donaghmoyne in the final and were unfortunatly narrowly beaten in the end up. Well done lads. The team was as follows: Adam Counihan, Mantas Pankinas, Paddy O’Neil, Cormac Duffy, Ryan Sherry, Cian Hand, Eoin Mc Kearny and Colm lennon.
