Emyvale GAA Club Notes for Thursday 12th July
Championship: We play this Friday night in the next round of the Universal Graphics Junior Championship against Blackhill in Tyholland throw in at 8.00pm.
Seniors: Our senior team keep the good form up at the weekend by beating a good hard working Blackhill team on Sunday afternoon. Final Score Blackhill 0-10 Emyvale 1-11. The same to teams meet in this weekend’s championship encounter on Friday night so they will know each well which should lead to a good game. Speedy recovery to Martin Mc Aree who received a nasty knock to the head during the game on Sunday.
Ulster Final: The Monaghan minor team take on Tyrone in the Ulster final on Sunday 22 July with throw in at 12 noon. As you know, Emyvale have a number of players on the panel and we encourage everyone to get out and support these lads and the team for this big game. Please submit your ticket order to Mary McCaffrey by text to 087 7429651 no later than 9pm today Thursday 12 July. Condolences: The club would like to extend its deepest sympathy to the Mc Meel and Treanor families on the death of Veronica Treanor, Dernashallog, Emyvale. The club would also like to extend its deepest sympathy to the Mc Carron and Mc Gee families on the death of Josephine Mc Gee, Middletown. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dilis.

Tully GAA Summer Camp: Registration is now open for our summer camp which will run from Monday 13th to Friday 17th August from 9:30 to 2pm. it is open to boys and girls from 6yrs to 12 yrs. 1 child €25 2nd, child additional €20, 3rd child additional €15euro.
