CREMARTIN CLUB NOTES 21.06.12

Shalotto

There was no winner of the Shalotto held in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday 17th June. Numbers Drawn were: 8-12-20-21.  Lucky Dip Winners: Margaret Branigan, Angela Farrelly, Annyalla, Jim Clarke, Annyalla, Mark Clarke, Cremartin and Lena Hughes c/o Seamus Brady.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in the Social Club on Sunday evening next. You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

IFL: Cremartin v Corduff

We travelled to Corduff last Sunday and came away with a win on a scoreline of Cremartin 1-09 Corduff 0-9.  Team and scores: Damien Lavelle, Conor Mulligan, Liam Atkinson, Christopher Farrell (0-1), Declan Farrell, Jonathan McGuigan, Kevin Atkinson, Gary Boyd, Niall Flanagan (0-1), Declan Mulligan, Barry Carragher (0-1), Patrick McGuigan (0-1), Liam McVicar, Darren Bishop (1-4) and Kevin Brennan (0-1).  Subs Used: Martin McNally.

 

RFL: Cremartin v Drumhowan

It ended all level last Wednesday night in Drumhowan on a scoreline of Cremartin 2-7 Drumhowan 1-10.  Team and scores: Simon Atkinson, Shane Mulligan, Liam Atkinson, Ryan Carragher, Declan Mulligan, Darren Flanagan, Eanna Atkinson, Paul McNally (0-1), Cathal Atkinson (0-2), John Tomany (0-1), Martin McNally (0-1), Barry Carragher (0-2), Ryan McVicar, Michael Morgan (2-0) and Liam McVicar.  Subs Used: Philip Markey, Shane Burke and Ciaran Carragher.

 

Fixtures:

Seniors: We are away against Donaghmoyne on Wednesday 27th June next at 8.00 p.m.

Reserves: We are at home against Carrickmacross tomorrow night at 8.00 p.m.

Minors: We are back in action on Tuesday 26th June with an away game against Donaghmoyne at 8.00 p.m.

U-16s: We are at home against Seans tonight Thursday 21st June at 7.00 p.m.  We are then away against Magheracloone on Thursday 28th June at 7.00 p.m.

U-12s:  We are away against Doohamlet on Saturday 23rd June at 12.00 noon.

 

Championship: We take on Donaghmoyne in the first round of Championship on Sunday 8th July next at 7.00 p.m. in Corduff.  Please give the lads your support.

 

JERSEYS

There are two jerseys missing from our senior set of jerseys. Could all players please check their kit bags and return asap as these jerseys are needed for the Championship!

CLUB CHARITY DAY/FAMILY FUN RUN/WALK – 1ST JULY 2012
KEEP FREE: Sunday 1st July next for our Family Fun Run/Walk and Club Charity Day in aid of the Crannog Centre in association with Cremartin Shamrocks GAA.  This promises to be a great family day out!  Run, jog or walk – the choice is yours!! Fancy Dress is optional but always fun.  Race starts at 2pm.  Charity match and entertainment in the evening.  More details coming soon.

 

Paddy Mc Vicar Memorial Golf Classic

Monaghan v Down

Tickets can be collected in the complex at 9:30pm this Friday night (22nd) following our Reserve game v Carrickmacross. Tickets must be paid for on collection.  Please note there are limited tickets for the Stand but we will try and cater for everyones request.

 

Best of luck: to Shaun Buckley and Mark Magee and the Monaghan Minor and Senior Teams in their respective games against Down this Sunday.  Please give the boys your support!!!

Barndance
Keep free this Saturday June 23rd for a Charity Barndance in M&Ms, Croghan, Annyalla in aid of the Holy Family School Coothill, C.A.S.A., The Light House Trust.  Licenced bar and BBQ, Music by local artists ,Trad Session, G-Mac, The Fuzzy Burgers ,Pipe Band, World Champion line dancers… A good night not to be missed !!!!!!

 

Wedding Bells: Congratulations to Bosco Harris and Mary Rose Banal who got married in the Philippines recently and congratulations to Colm McCreesh and Liz Alexander who got married in Belfast recently.  Wishing both couples many years of happiness together!
