CREMARTIN CLUB NOTES 31.05.12

Shalotto

There was no winner of the Shalotto held in the Social Club on Sunday 27th May. Numbers Drawn were: 3-21-23-27.  Lucky Dip Winners: Margaret Brannigan, Lismagunshion, Laura McEneaney, Corlealackagh, Paddy McEneaney, Corelealackagh, Oliver McAree, Annyalla and Brendan Kerr, Cashel.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday evening next. You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

RFL: Cremartin v Doohamlet

We travelled to Doohamlet last Friday evening and came away with a win on a scoreline of Cremartin 4-8 Doohamlet 2-11.  Team and scores: Simon Atkinson, Eanna Atkinson, Liam Atkinson, Shane Mulligan (1-0), Declan Mulligan, Martin McNally, Kevin Atkinson (1-0), Liam McVicar (1-1), Cathal Atkinson (0-2), Paul McNally, Ryan Carragher, Patrick McNally (0-1), Ryan McVicar, Michael Morgan (0-1) and Thomas Sherry.  Subs: John Tomany (0-2), Philip Markey (0-1), Ciaran Carragher and Andrew Atkinson.

 

Fixtures:

Seniors: We are at home against Tyholland tomorrow night at 8.00 p.m.

U-14s: We are away against Aughnamullen this evening at 7.00 p.m.

CLUB CHARITY DAY/FAMILY FUN RUN – 1ST JULY 2012
KEEP FREE: Sunday 1st July next for our Family Fun Run/Walk and Club Charity Day in aid of the Crannog Centre in association with Cremartin Shamrocks GAA.  This promises to be a great family day out!  Run, jog or walk – the choice is yours!! Fancy Dress is optional but always fun.  Race starts at 2pm.  Charity match and entertainment in the evening.  More details coming soon.

Rose of Tralee – Regional Finals 3rd June 2012

Good luck to our very own Caoimhe Flanagan who is representing Monaghan in the Regional Finals of the Rose of Tralee in Portlaoise this Sunday 3rd June next.  Best of luck Caoimhe, we will be behind you all the way!!

 

Well done to the Monaghan Minor and Senior Teams on their victories at the weekend.  Well done to Shaun Buckley and Mark Magee on their performances.
