Double Header, A double header is being on our club ground on Sunday 10th June at 12.30 and 2pm, all volunteers aill be required,

County Teams. Well done to our players on the senior and minor teams who beat Antrim on Sunday past. This double win has not happened since 1994 . Next round of the championship is 24th June. Everyone wishes Paul speedy recovery from his injury,

Race Night. A very successful race night Stookies Bar,. A big word of thanks  for all their hard work goes to The Sponsors for the night, Kerr ‘s Bar , Pearse Bros players, Joe Sullivan, David Mc Gregor, Michael Keenan, Theresa Smith , Pam Coyle and all the Punters who supported the night.

U12s:The U12s played Clontibret in 1st rd. of league in Ballybay on Monday evening.Darragh Mc Cann put Ballybay on the scoreboard in the opening minutes with a superb point,followed quickly by a goal from Tristin Keenan and from that Ballybay led all the way.All the lads gave a great account of themselves despite the fierce heat.Scorers on the evening-Darragh Mc Cann 0.3,Tristin Keenan 3.1,Conor Monaghan 1.3,Ciaran Mc Kearney 0.2,Martin Murphy 0.1,Tiernan Mc Skeane 0.2,and Eoghan Smyth 2.0.Final score -Ballybay 6.12 to Clontibret 1.5.Well done to all the team. Training tonight Thursday at 6.30pm.

U14s:The u14s played Aughnamullen in Quarter-final of the Championship on Tuesday evening-see Fixtures/Results for result of that.The U14s are out again this Saturday 2nd June in 4th rd. of league. They play Inniskeen in Inniskeen,throw up 12 noon.

U16s (St.Pats):St.Pats played the Seans last Thursday evening in the league. The team won well on a scoreline of 3.21 to 3.5. There will be no matches now until 21st of June due to exams,good luck to any lads sitting them !

U14 County Dev.Squad:Cian Hand,Shane Monaghan and Colm Lennon togged out for the Monaghan side in Cloghan on Saturday evening for a friendly against Meath.

U15 County Dev. Squad:Adam Counihan,Paddy O Neill,Cormac Duffy and Eoin Mc Kearney were in action too for Monaghan on Saturday in the 1st leg of an Ulster Blitz.Monaghan won two out of three matches,beating Cavan and Fermanagh.They will now progress to the next round.

Sympathy.   Ballybay pearse Bros would like to extend sympathy to Mc Ardle famly on the death of Mrs Kathleen Mc Ardle,  grandmother of our players Fergal and Mark. Sympathy also to Gerry Finnegan, Chairperson Drumhowan Club and Finnegan Family on the sudden and tragic death of their mother Lily. Also sympathy extended to Tavey Family Castleblayney on the death of Vincent brother of Eamonn, a past manager with our club. May they rest in peace.
