Bailiúcháin Éadaí/Clothing Collection.
Glanadh an earraigh le déanamh? The juvenile committee have organised a used clothing collection over the next 3 weeks. This will raise some much needed funding for both boys and girls clubs. You can help by digging out all your unneeded clothes, shoes and handbags etc and bring them along to the club rooms on any of the following 3 Friday evenings between 7pm and 9:30pm (starting Friday 27th) and the 3 Saturday mornings from 10am to 12noon. Tabhair cabhair duinn agus glan amach spas i do theach comh maith!

Talk Sport for Shauna.
This event will take place in the Hillgrove Hotel, Monaghan on Monday May 6th and will be compared by RTE sports-caster Marty Morrissey. Shauna is a young girl from a respected Scotstown GAA family who was diagnosed with Retts Syndrome a number of years ago. The tremendous support of her family needs at times to be backed up by outside professional help. To this end a group of well known sports people from across the Irish sporting divide have got together to raise much needed funding for the “Shauna Trust”. The Patron of the Retts Syndrome Association is Monaghan man and GAA Ard Stiurohar Pauric Duffy. We appeal to all our club members and supporters to purchase at least one ticket for this event. Tickets can be purchased from Vinny Martin, Darren Greenan, Seamus Reilly or any Committee member. They are priced at a very modest €10. Shauna is a niece of one of our hardest working club members and the man behind the fitness (or lack of) of many of our juvenile teams over the past number of years. A free ticket to the event awaits the first person to identify him. All entries in a sealed envelope with the €20 entry fee to Fergal Larmer. So please, all Killeevan people, support the Talk Sport for Shauna event.
