By michael Tue 17th Apr

Juniors
Killanny 1g 8p
Oram 3g 12p
Oram were first of the mark with 2 points in the 2nd and 3rd minute before Peter Dooley scored a free in the 5th minute. Some great defending kept both teams scoreless for the next 15 minutes until Peter Dooley added another free on the 20th minute and Oram added a goal from a penalty and a point and Dooley cancelled that out with another free.  Conor Hoey finished  a ball to the net after good work by Eddie Markey and Peter Dooley. Donal Mcardle replaced the injured  Michael Quinn. Oram kept their nose in front with another point and Donal McArdle finished the scoring for us with a point bringing the half time score to 1g 4p to 1g 3p to Orams favour. Gavin Traynor opened the second half for us with a point to level matters but that was short lived as our opponents added 4 more points before Gavin scored another point in the 7 minute. Michael Vernon came on to replace the injured Locky Byrne. Oram scored a point and another penalty before Gavin added a point. Tiernan Duffy kept us in touch with a point and 10 minutes remaining.  Eddie Markey added 1p but Oram ran out easy winners scoring 1g 4p in the last 10 minutes with little or no resistance.
