Monaghan recorded their second win in the O Dowd cup when they had another convincing win over Armagh, the final score line Monaghan 5-21 Armagh 1-3. Like in the previous game Monaghan tried out a number of new players and this blend of new faces along with our more experienced are impressing. This Sunday they take on Tyrone. Venue yet to be decided.

Awards Night.
Don’t forget the annual awards night which takes place in Scotstown on Friday night Friday 24th February. Music by Rula Bula. Admission €15. Presentations will be made to U16 Ulster winning team and Senior Ulster winners and All Ireland runners up team. Awards will also be given to Players of the Year for U14, U16, Minor and Senior, and Div 1 Div 2 and Div 3 . There will also be an award for Most Improved club and Overall Club. Guests on the night will be the 1992 All Ireland winning Junior team.

Donaghamoyne win their 6th Ulster title beating Glenfin from Donegal in the Ulster club final.
Inniskeen lose out to eventual All Ireland winners Sperrin Og in the Junior final.
