Monaghan Harps Lotto: The Lotto will return on Monday, January 2 and tickets for this draw can be left into the clubhouse on the day before 6pm or on December 31 between 3 and 11. Jackpot for Monday, January 2 is €2,500. Thanks to all involved for their tireless work in 2011 and we hope 2012 is another successful year for the Lotto.

Charity match: The club’s annual charity match will take place on the first bank holiday of the new year, Monday, January 2, with Hugh Coyle throwing the ball in at 2.30pm. This is always a great day out over the Christmas season and supports worthy causes. As ever, the game will feature representatives of all sections of the club, with current players having to wear wellies and/or fancy dress! Everyone is welcome to the clubhouse afterwards to make a day of it, with the Lotto draw going ahead at 6.30. Sponsorship forms are available from Owen Connell so contact him at 086 2453390 or call into the clubhouse if you want to take part.

A number of copies are available from the club, so contact the clubhouse or Liadhan Treanor if interested.

Clubhouse: The Gavan Duffy Park clubhouse, which offers a comfortable lounge and function-room and ample car-parking space, is available to book for parties and functions, by contacting Liadhan Treanor at 086 7837204.
