By michael Tue 11th Oct

Lotto results for Sunday night last were 1,11,22,28 . There was no winner. Next weeks jackpot stands at €4,400. Lucky Dip winners were PJ Forde, Mickey Connolly, Shane Forde, Noeleen Mooney, John Duffy(Carrickavelty), Adam Blanche, Kathleen Duffy, Michael Geoghegan, Margaret Brady. Next weeks lotto rota is Peter Dooney`s team.
Seniors game against Eire Og was called off last Saturday. They play Sean`s on Saturday next in Threemilehouse at 4pm. This is a very important game for these lads as a draw or win will see them retain there Intermediate status for 2012.
Reserves play Killeevan in the league final on Sunday in Drumhowan at 3.30pm. Best of luck to all the lads and team management. All support needed and appreciated.
Under 14`s played a very strong Ballybay side in the league final last Saturday and unfortunately came out on the wrong side of a 2-13 to 1-3 scoreline. In the opening 2 quarters Aughnamullen was more than a match for their counterparts and only for some good goal keeping they could of been in front. In the final 2 quarters Ballybay stretched their lead and ran out victors in the end. Great credit has to go to this young team with many of these lads underage again next year. Team and Scorers V Ballybay, Jamie Marron-Duffy, Ryan Bannigan, Caolain Connolly, Darren Geoghegan, Stephen Geoghegan, Callum Blanche, Alan Markey (0-2), Shane Lambe, Packie Marron-Duffy, Kevin Sheridan, Ciaran Marron-Duffy, Micheal Bannigan (1-1), Stephen Mc Gee. Subs used, Ciaran Duffy, Aaron Mc Gee.
Deepest Sympathy is extended to the Finnegan family on the death of Mick Finnegan and also to the Duffy family on the death of Eddie Duffy. May they rest in peace.
Congratulations to our near neighbours Latton on winning the Senior Championship.
