2012 National League fixtures released

The provisional fixtures for the 2012 Allianz Football and Hurling Leagues have been announced. Monaghan have four away games in the NFL Division Two, starting with a trip to Navan to take on former manager Séamus McEnaney’s Meath under lights on Saturday, February 4. Next up eight days later is a home game against Kildare, followed by an away game against Derry – again under lights – on March 3, the first of four games in as many weeks. March 11 sees Monaghan host Louth, with a round-five game away to Westmeath following a week later. Eamon McEneaney’s side host Galway for the second year in a row, before returning to Omagh to play Tyrone in the final round on April 8.

Sunday, March 3: v Derry (A)

Sunday, March 11: v Louth (H)

Sunday, March 18: v Westmeath (A)

Sunday, March 25: v Galway (H)

Sunday, April 8: v Tyrone (A)

Monaghan have three home games and two away in Division 3A of the NHL, beginning on February 26, when they are at home to Donegal. Two weeks later, Monaghan are away to Fingal, which is closely followed by games against Louth (home), Tyrone (away) and Sligo (home), which rounds up the fixture list on April 1.
