Sunday’s semi-final between Corduff and Rockcorry produced a low-scoring draw, but Corduff made the most of their second chance on Friday evening, when they won the replay by 0-13 to 0-6.

Currin boosted their hopes of a semi-final place in the Monaghan Electrical Intermediate Football League with a high-scoring win away to bottom-of-the-table Drumhowan on Saturday, while Donaghmoyne had six points to spare at home to Seán McDermotts.

Cremartin beat Killeevan in the Gerry’s Takeaway Junior Football League on Saturday, while Aghabog edged out Clones to maintain their late push for a top-four finish.

The Gerry’s Fresh Fruit and Veg. Under-16 Football Championship Division One Final will be between league winners Scotstown and Monaghan Harps, who defeated Emyvale and Truagh respectively.

Killanny had an eight-point win over Latton in the replay of their Maguire Transport Minor Football Championship Division Two semi-final on Saturday, but the other semi-final replay between Magheracloone and Rock Sarsfields finished all-square on Tuesday, so they will have to meet for a third time.

Carrickmacross beat Castleblayney in the GRM Minor Football League Division One semi-final on Wednesday night, booking their place in Saturday week’s final against Clontibret in Ballybay.

Truagh secured their place in the semi-finals of the Platinum Tanks Reserve Football League Division One with Saturday’s win over neighbours Scotstown, while Clontibret beat Magheracloone to ensure a home semi-final. Latton beat Cremartin on Sunday to overtake them in the battle to avoid relegation.

Donaghmoyne stayed in the running for a semi-final place in the RFL Division Two when they beat Drumhowan on Sunday.

Killeevan still have a chance of making the top four in Division Three thanks to their narrow win at home to Seán McDermotts on Sunday, while Aughnamullen and Scotstown got walkovers from Truagh and Clones respectively.

Aghabog beat Monaghan Harps to secure top spot in Division Four, while Emyvale got the better of Éire Óg.

Meanwhile, Donaghmoyne’s ladies won their ninth successive county SFC title with a comprehensive win over Emyvale in Sunday’s final.
