Shalotto
There was no winner of the Shalotto held in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday 28th August.  Numbers Drawn were: 2-6-7-23.  Lucky Dip Winners: Pat and Mary McEneaney, Corlealackagh, Brendan Carragher, Owen McBennett, Dunfelimy, Noreen Carragher, Croghan and Ken McVicar, Croghan.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in the Social Club on Sunday evening next.  You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

CREMARTIN GFC JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP WINNERS 2011
A huge Congratulations to our Seniors on their fantastic win over Clones last Sunday.  A great all round team performance with some great defending and finishing up front.  Result Cremartin 1-6 Clones 0-7.  Team and Scores: Damien Lavelle; Fergal Mulligan, Martin McNally, Conor Mulligan; Declan Farrell, Patrick McGuigan, Declan Mulligan; Niall Flanagan, Christopher Farrell (0-1f); Kevin Brennan (0-1), Jonathan McGuigan, Ronan Burke (1-0); Darren Bishop (Capt.,0-3,2f), Gary Boyd (0-1), Mark Bishop.  Subs: Stephen Bishop for Mark Bishop, Barry Carragher for Martin McNally, Liam McVicar for Ronan Burke.  See Match Report.
Congratulations to Gerry, Ciaran and Maurice and all the lads!!!  You have done the Club proud!!  Congratulations also to Darren Bishop on receiving the Man of the Match Award.  Best of luck to all the lads in the Ulster Championship and the rest of the league!!

U-16’s:
A big Congratulations also to our U-16’s on their fantastic win in the Final last week.  Result Cremartin 6-15 St. Patricks 1-6.
It is great achievement for all the players, parents and managers involved.

Well done to our Minors on reaching the Championship Final with a convincing win over Blackhill on Tuesday night last.  Result Cremartin 3-13 Blackhill 0-10.  Best of luck in the Final where hopefully we will bring some more silverware back to Cremartin.

Fixtures:-

JFL: We are away to Toome this Sunday 4th September at 12.30 p.m.  We are then away to Emyvale on Wednesday night 7th September at 8.15 p.m.

Reserves: We are away to Monaghan Harps tomorrow 2nd September next at 7.00 p.m.

U-16: We take on Inniskeen tonight at 6.30 p.m.  See official fixtures for venue.

THANK YOU: A big thank you to everyone who helped out last Sunday before and after the Championship Final, from those who helped to put up flags and signs, to the ladies who helped out in the kitchen and to Vincy Boyd for sponsoring the meal, all of which was greatly appreciated!                                  .

AED TRAINING
We will be running a new course in September as some protocols have changed in CPR and AED use.
This course will be for all who are already trained and for anyone who wishes to be trained.

Monaghan OFFICIAL Year Book 2011.
Monaghan  County Board are publishing their own OFFICIAL Year Book in December 2011.
We are asking all local business if approached to ensure that they are taking an advert in the OFFICIAL Year Book.
