Seniors: We beat Inniskeen away in the league last Sunday, 1-11 to 1-4. We began brightly registering 3 points in the first 5 minutes. However, Inniskeen then got a lifeline when they converted a penalty with 12 minutes remaining to put 4 points between the sides. A Mark Counihan hammered to the net in the 56th minute to guarantee us the points and we completed the match 7 point victors, 1-11 to 1-4. Our team and scorers were: Ian Treanor; Mike Treanor, Niall Feely, Niall McQuillan; Damien McRory, Barry Cuddy, Rory Treanor (0-1); Niall McMeel (0-1), Pauric Treanor; Niall Coyle (0-2), Daniel McKenna (0-2f), Neil McRory (0-1); Christopher McKenna (0-1f), Gary Feely, Mark Counihan (1-3). Subs used: Sean McKenna for Christopher McKenna (47mins), Keith Sheerin for Neil McRory (56mins), Eoghan Kelly for Rory Treanor (60mins) & Gary Todd for Mark Counihan (61mins).
