CREMARTIN CLUB NOTES

Shalotto
There was no winner of the Shalotto held in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday 19th June.  Numbers Drawn were: 7-12-15-22.  Lucky Dip Winners: Pat & Mary Brannigan, Cashel; Martin McCudden, c/o Jack Branigan; Lisa McEneaney, Cremartin; Sean McNally, Annagh; Frankie Mooney, Drumgristin.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in the Social Club on Sunday evening next.  You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

Junior League:
Cremartin v Aghabog
We were at home against Aghabog on Wednesday night last resulting in a win for us on a scoreline of Cremartin 1-13 Aghabog 1-10.  Team and scores: Brian McEneaney, Kevin Atkinson, Martin McNally, Jonathan McGuigan, Ronan Burke (0-1), Niall Flanagan, Conor Mulligan, Barry Carragher (0-4), Christopher Farrell, Liam McVicar (0-1), Gary Boyd (0-1), Stephen Bishop, Darren Bishop (1-0), Kevin Brennan (0-2) and Mark Bishop (0-4).  Subs used: Michael Boyd for Brian McEneaney and Michael Morgan for Stephen Bishop.

Cremartin v Oram
We were at home against Oram last Friday night resulting in a win for us on scoreline of Cremartin 3-08 Oram 0-10.  Team and Scores: Micheal Boyd; Fergal Mulligan; Johnny McGuigan; Conor Mulligan; Ronan Burke; Kevin Atkinson; Christopher Farrell (0-2); Barry Carragher (0-3); Liam McVicer; Gary Boyd; Niall Flanagan; Stephen Bishop (1-0); Michael Morgan (1-0); Mark Bishop and Darren Bishop (0-3).  Subs Used: Declan Mulligan (1-0) for Mark Bishop and John Tomany for Michael Morgan.

Reserve League: It ended up all level last Sunday evening when we played our neighbours Clontibret in Shamrock Park.  Result Cremartin 0-11 Clontibret 0-11.  Team and scores: Brendan McNally; Declan Mulligan; Micheal Boyd; Martin McNally; Conor Mulligan; Fergal Mulligan; John Tomany (0-1); Gerard Malone; Barry Carragher (0-5); James Leonard; Paul McNally (0-1); Michael Morgan (0-1); Philip Markey; Liam McVicer and Andrew Atkinson.  Subs used: Mark Bishop (0-3) for Philip Markey and Gregory Flanagan for Paul McNally.

O’Duffy Cup: We were due to play Truagh last night – see result next week.

Minors: We are away to Clones on Tuesday 28th June at 8.00 p.m.

U-16: We are at home against Aughnamullen tonight at 7.00 p.m.  We are then away to Inniskeen on Thursday 30th June next at 7.00 p.m.

U-14: We are at home against Toome on Saturday 25th June at 12.00 noon.

U-12: We are at home against Eire Og on Saturday 2nd July next at 12.00 noon.

U-10 Go Games on Saturday 25th June in Cloghan.  Players to be there at 11.30 a.m.  Finishes at 1.30 p.m.

Good luck to the Monaghan Senior Football Team this Saturday against Offaly.

The Club would like to sympathise with the Branigan, McGarrell and Monaghan families on the recent death of Margaret (Lily) Monaghan (wife of Jamsie), Longford.
