Mc Ardle extended the lead to 10 but Seans hit a purple patch and registered 1-2 in the closing stages of the first half.

Into the second half and E. Mc Ardle converted a free but the home side then hit their second goal from the spot after Eoin Sheridan was adjudged to have fouled. M. Mc Ardle split the posts again but Seans struck twice to take it to a 2 point game. Patrick Sheridan hit a good long range point to keep 3 between the sides before Seans scored a free. M.
