CREMARTIN CLUB NOTES

Shalotto

There was no winner of the Shalotto held in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday 8th May.  Numbers Drawn were: 5-9-22-24.  Lucky Dip Winners: Caoimhe McNally, Annagh, Dolores Brannigan, Annagh, Brian Martin C/o Seamus Brady, Denise Kelly, Cremartin and Jack and Oisin Brannigan, Lismagunshion.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in the Social Club on Sunday evening next.  Anyone wishing to prepay their yearly Shalotto can do so for €100. Please contact any Committee member.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

Fixtures:

Senior Team: We are at home against Toome on Sunday 22nd May at 2.30 p.m.  Please check the official fixture list.

Reserve Team: We are away to Truagh this Sunday 15th May next at 2.30 p.m.

Minor League: We are at home against Donaghmoyne this Tuesday 17th May at 7.45 p.m.  Please check official fixture list.

U-16: We are at home against St. Patrick’s on Thursday 19th May at 7.00 p.m.

U-14: We are away to Truagh on Saturday 21st May next at 12 noon.

U-12: We are at home to Drumhowan this Saturday 14th May at 12.00 noon.

U-8s: are out on their first blitz this Saturday morning at 10 o’clock.  All children to be in Cremartin at 9.30 a.m.

We want to wish Jamie Hanley a speedy recovery after his recent operation.

Congratulations: to Our Lady’s secondary team on winning the O Doherty Cup and an Ulster title last Friday. Well done to Fergal Mulligan; James Leonard; Fergal Flanagan; Sean Buckley and Simon Atkinson who represented Cremartin on the winning team.

Congratulations also to Patrick McGuigan who received his College league and Championship medal on Wednesday for DCU – Fresher B All Ireland league and championship.

Well done and congratulations to all the boys!!

Monaghan v Tyrone

We are hoping to organise a Supporter’s bus to Healy Park leaving Cremartin Club on Sunday 5th June for the Ulster Championship game against Tyrone.  If anyone is interested please contact Michael McGuigan on 086 8169275 as soon as possible as this will be subject to the definite numbers.

COMPUTER CLASSES

Would you like to learn the basics or improve existing skills while using a computer?

Following the success of the beginner’s computer course which ran over the past 6 weeks, in Annyalla National School, I am pleased to announce further courses for both beginners and improvers. Whether you are an apprehensive beginner approaching a computer for the first time or someone who is looking to upgrade their existing skills these courses are for you.  Each course will run for 6 weeks and costs €60 which includes a course manual.  If you are interested and would like to enrol please contact Gerard Duffy on (086)8346534 as each class is limited to 12 persons. One to One lessons are also available. (Please note dates and times have not being finalised, to facilitate enrolee’s preferences).
