DATE FOR THE LAUNCH OF CARRICK EMMETS “STRICTLY COME DANCING” HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 5TH MARCH TO FRIDAY 11TH OF MARCH IN THE SHIRLEY ARMS HOTEL AT 9PM. ADMISSION 5 EURO. GOOD NIGHTS ENTERTAINMENT GUARANTEED AS THE DANCERS TAKING PART IN THE SHOW WILL BE REVEALED. TICKETS FOR THE MAIN EVENT ON 15TH APRIL WILL BE FOR SALE ON THE NIGHT.

EASTER CAMP
“Young Stars” 3 day easter camp will take place on 27,28 and 29 April in Emmet Park. All children from age 5 to 13 welcome. Cost 1st child 25 euro (or 20 euro if paid before 15th April), 2nd child 20 euro. Forms being circulated to schools shortly.

LADIES
Carrickmacross Ladies club are holding a tea/coffee morning with cake sale on Sunday 6th March in the Catholic Hall after 10-30am Mass. We ask all parents to support and start baking. Anyone who is willing to donate can contact any committee member.
We are also having a cookery demonstration on Thursday 31st March in the Catholic Hall at 8pm. Your chef on the night will be Frank Moynihan who is on the Joe Finnegan show on Northern Sound each Monday at 11-20am. Tickets will go on sale this week at ten euro each. Please support and pick up some tips along the way.
Training continues for all girls with a run on Tuesdays and in the Emmets on Saturday. Under 12s and 14s at 10-45am on Saturday and 16s, Minors and seniors at 12noon. If these times change you will be notified.
